A division of Bingaman & Son Lumber Company, Americana™ is a vertically-integrated producer of Thermally Modified hardwoods in Pennsylvania. Thermal Modification is a natural, non-toxic process that slowly cooks the wood, changes it on a molecular level, and cuts off the wood’s ability to absorb moisture. The result is naturally durable outdoor wood that is dimensionally stable and permanently resistant to water and decay. No chemicals, no additives, no plastics. Selectively harvested, modified, and milled in Pennsylvania.
