The AeroBarrier building envelope air sealing system guarantees that you will achieve your air tightness goal every time. Our automated, blower door directed solution seals the envelope from the inside, simplifies building envelope air sealing, is more consistent and effective than current manual methods while also being lower cost. A continuous blower door test is run through the sealing process, verifying that your air tightness requirement is met before our installer leaves the job site. AeroBarrier has proven success in multifamily and commercial buildings, as well as single family homes for both the exterior envelope and compartmentalization air sealing of party walls.
AeroBarrier’s air sealing system pressurizes the interior to a higher pressure than outside using a blower door and fan, then sprays an atomized sealant fog into the interior, causing the sealant to follow the higher pressure air escaping to the outside through leaks in the building envelope and sealing those leaks as it passes through.
