Patina NXT is a CEM2 fiber cement with improved UV resistance. It's more environmentally friendly and cost-effective. It tends to have better long-term durability and a higher level of strength over time and a lower permeability which makes it a great choice for structures that are exposed to harsh weather conditions or chemical environments.
